We had the revolcada and it was delicious! The different salsas were soo good, my favorite had a smokey note. The atmosphere is relaxed and it seems to be a popular place among locals.
What a pleasant surprise! Recommend by a local, we came Here for lunch around 4pm, it was packed house. Food: delicious, we tried the special soup with fettuccine, vegetable and fried chicken, it’s like Italian mixed with Mexican and Asian, I love how the chef create something familiar yet new Shrimp cucaracha is also very flavorful. The empanada is a must order, with 4 of them at 30 pesos each, you can’t really go wrong with that. And who would have guessed out of all the places, they got really good live jazz and blues playing. This would be the last place I would guess lol. Definitely come for a meal when you visit SanCris.

Wow, truly 10/10! Some of the tastiest food we had in Mexico, extremely fair prices (about 60 pesos per dish), generous portions, friendly staff and quick service. We had the Burrito, Sopa Azteca and Guacamole and all were to die for! Absolute recommendation - it’s rare that such value for money still brings such good quality of food and this place has it all
Massive portion for a budget price. I seriously can't cook cheaper. Best mexican food I had so far. Service is fast but sometimes if it's busy they don't have certain dishes available. If you go to a restaurant for romantic atmosphere then you're on the wrong path here but if you want to have a hearty meal this should be your place to go.
One of our favorite restaurants in SC! So many options including vegetarian options too! The staff are very friendly:) Everything we tried was delicious, great portion and unbelievably cheap too.. my favorite was for sure the fried bananas and the pozol de cacao!
When I first walked by Casa de Willy I noticed popular and cozy it looked. I immediately wanted to check it out. Well, I was not disappointed. I visited countless times during my stay in San Cris and every experience was excellent. I’d definitely recommend the Chicken Cordon Bleu, chilequiles, and enchiladas. The food is mostly authentic Mexican, best for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Service is attentive, food comes out relatively quickly, and everything is both delicious and an excellent value for money. There’s both an indoor and outdoor seating option, both are good but definitely enjoyed eating outside in the fresh air. The whole place had a homey atmosphere. We often stayed a bit longer to play cards because we loved the vibe so much. Highly recommend.
